The bike can be picked up at the store or delivered to the customer’s residence in Tórshavn. Contact rentabike if you want the bike delivered somewhere else, for example at the airport.
The bike can be picked up during opening hours – 09.00 AM – 21.00 PM, if nothing else is agreed.
You do not have to pay deposit. You are responsible for any damage during the rental period and must cover all losses. If the bicycle and accessories are lost, it must be replaced with full value.

If the cyclist feel bad on the trip and need medical help he must dial 112. If the cyclist feels bad on the trip and want to be transported to his place of residence he can call rentabike.fo + 298 270600 and get instructions about public transport, taxi or be picked up by rentabike.fo, at its own expense.
If the cyclist doesn’t use the bike for all the days he has rented it, and returns the bike, he will not get the money back. renabike.fo recommends that the customer has a travel insurance.

Bicycle helmets are not included in the price. Bike helmets can be rented at rentabike.fo
